Note: Customer User data is collected and controlled by Business Users. Athlytic processes this data only as a service provider under the direction of Business Users.

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve our platform and develop new features
  • Comply with legal obligations

3.2 Customer User Data

We process Customer User data solely to:

  • Provide platform services to Business Users
  • Enable Business Users to manage their customer relationships
  • Maintain platform functionality and security

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • With Business Users regarding their own data and their customers' data
  • With service providers who assist in platform operations
  • When required by law or to protect our rights

Important: Athlytic does not share Customer User data with third parties except as necessary to provide services to Business Users or as required by law.

5. Payment Information and Credit Card Data

Athlytic does not store, process, or have access to credit card details or other sensitive payment information. Payment processing is handled entirely by our third-party payment providers.

  • Disputes between users and payment providers
  • Compliance issues with payment provider terms and conditions

Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and conditions of our payment providers before using their services.
